CHOOSING LOVE INSTEAD OF FEAR (the only reason we're here)

The only reason we incarnate is to learn how to choose love instead of fear. It does not matter what you do for a living, where you live, or who you marry, etc. The only purose you have is to extend love to everyone you come into contact with, including yourself. This is how you BECOME what you already ARE: LOVE. The only way to restore perfect inner peace that is stable and unwavering is to choose to be willing to extend love to everyone you come into contact with, including yourself.

By "love" I mean unconditional acceptance. And by "unconditional acceptance" I mean God. By "you" I mean me. And by "me" I mean you. We are all ONE and we are all LOVE. And by "we" I mean GOD. And by "God" I mean LOVE...You get the picture!

The most amazing miracle has transpired in my life over the last 24 hours as a result of my own sincere willingness to be a vessell for love, to be a vessell for that which I AM, which is God. I wanted to share...

I put a profile on My Space about a month ago. I saw a woman on there named Joni Ellen Jenkins. This is my name. I almost asked her to join my friend list but hesitated and then did nothing. I had a very stressful custody hearing scheduled with my son's father yesterday. When I got home from the courthouse yesterday there was an e-mail from Joni Ellen Jenkins who lives in Pennsylvania. Her e-mail address is jonijenks@gmail.com and mine is jonijenkins@gmail.com. She had suspected that her insurance company had sent e-mails meant for her to me. Sure enough I had the e-mails in my box that day. We started to breifly chat and make small talk through e-mails. She invited me to join her friend list on My Space. One thing led to another and she told me she had cancer and is only a 40 year old mom. I am a 39 year old mom. I started writing to her from a spiritual perspective, and then suddenly I realized what was going on!

Here is the last e-mail I sent to her; this is incredilbe!!

Dear Joni Ellen Jenkins,

Oh my God, I think that meeting you has been the greatest gift God has ever given me!

I have been trying to release all my own walls to self love, with perfect inner peace being the goal. I have made much progress but there was still a little bit of work left.

I went through a traumatizing custody trial with my son's father yesterday, but won. However the experience made me more aware of my own walls to love. When I came home from the courthouse I got your e-mails.

I know why I hesitated when I first saw the My Space profile. There was a timing issue. I was meant to make contact with you right after court when my own fears were so triggered and my walls to love were easy to see.

When you told me about the cancer my heart was flooded with so much love and compassion for you. It is always easier to see someone else's perfection and divinity than your own. It is always easier to see someone else's wall to self love than it is to see your own. As I was loving you and contemplating that we have the exact same name, Joni Ellen Jenkins, the reality that we (all of humanity) really are ONE permeated my consciousness. I had the profound realization that by deeply loving and forgiving you (Joni Ellen Jenkins) I was deeply loving and forgiving myself (Joni Ellen Jenkins).

The truth is that you are love, you are God, and you are soooooooooo powerful and perfect. All you need do is forgive yourself for forgetting the truth. That is always easier said than done. And all I need do is forgive myself for forgetting the truth. By loving you so deeply I have let down yet another wall to self-love and that is the greatest gift I have ever received. When I love you I love myself becasue we are, in truth, ONE. The fact that we have the same name is just a coincidence, but has aided me in dramatically shifting and healing my perception.

You truly are God--you knew exactly when the right time was to contact me so that the highest form of healing would take place for both of us.

A Benefit Workshop with Bhutanese Thangka Artist Lama Pema Tendzin

This is a beautiful and rare opportunity to learn the ancient art of traditional sacred thangka painting from a master artist and lineage holder. Lama Pema Tendzin has paintings in permanent and private collections throughout the United States including the San Francisco Asian art museum. Additionally he has had the honor of creating beautiful ceremonial thankas for the Dalai Lama.

Lama Pema Tendzin began studying the sacred art of thangka under the tutelage of his teacher Buli Tulku Rinpoche since he was six years old. More than paintings, thangkas are potent tools for meditation, contemplation and transformation.

For this special workshop, Lama Pema Tendzin will be leading us in the creation of the Compassion Peace Mandala. The day opens with meditation, mantra and prayers.

We will then draw and paint the mandalas together under this master artist's tutelage. When the painting is completed Lama Pema and Tsewong Sitar Rimpoche will lead us in a mantra, prayer and blessing to activate the mandala. This workshop gives participants active creative time with these very special beings in the creation of a potent piece of art that will Benefit all Beings.

A SPECIAL BENEFIT:

All proceeds from this event will go towards a special painting of Guru Rimpoche Padmasambhva. This painting measuring 30 feet high by 25 feet high will be placed on the mountainside next to the Sangye Tang monastery in Bhutan.

Guru Rimpoche Padmasambhava is recognized as the principle teacher to bring Buddhism to Tibet in the 8th Century. The painting, which will be completed in February of 2008, was revealed in a vision to Lama Pema's brother Tsewong Sitar Rinpoche. Tsewong Sitar Rimpoche is the head of Sangye Tang monastery in Eastern Bhutan. Founded in the late 1500's, this monastery is in view of one of Padmasambhava's sacred pilgrimage sites. The painting will promote blessings, peace and rejuvenation.

So what is going to get us from where we are now to that what we will become?

Patience, trust, faith, respect, selfless service, integrity, openness, emptiness, clarity, compassion, and a unified heart-mind focused on divine creation

At this moment the vision of a new paradigm is simply that, it is a vision that many people can grasp intellectually and spritually. The process that we are in now is in the abundance creation phase, again easy to grasp and tempting to many to become involved. As we begin the construciton phase of the new paradigm, that is when each of our emotional/spiritual bodies will be truely tested, when we realize that our expectations of the new paradigm require a dismantling of our own egos and personal attachment to any of it.

The creation process, seen from both sacred geometry and the mayan calendar, follows a
Precise pattern
In the intitial stage – A lone focused idea or energy is formed or held onto tightly by a magnetic being whose sole intent is the creation of that one idea
In the second stage – that magnetic being is challenged and polarized by another energy or being that brings stabilization into the creative process. Kind of how the moon stabilizes mother earth and creates inertia and kinetic energy.
In the third stage - A unifying energy or being comes into the process with the ability to activate and bond with the result of creating unification, thus the mind, body, spirit or a triangle, pretty stable structure, huh?
The fourth stage is the creation of a self existing idea or infant model.
The creation then needs ( in stages 5,6 and 7) to be engineered, designed, organized, given the proper rhythm and resonsance, inspiration, and harmony before it can even become a seed of creation.
At this point the seed of creation is given the breath of life. It becomes galactic model (stage 8), still a model but one that has now reached the galactic command center and is ready to be beamed back down to earth to me manifested on the third dimensional plane,
In less esoteric terms, this is when great spirit might grant a creation project the abundance necessary for that creation to become manifest.
Then light from the galactic center flows through the sun as solar(stage 9) energy, pulsed with realization and intention, i.e. more life force (or funding) direct from source.
Now the creation is (in stage 10) a perfected planetary manifestation of divine creation, ready for production or construction.

Now back into the A-ray as a co-factor in the creation process of the “new paradigm.”
Where are we?

How many magnetic seed beings have brought the idea down onto the earthen sphere
Nikola Tessla, Rudolph Steiner, Viktor Schauberger, Stanley Meyer, Mark Comings?
Over the last century countless new paradigm enhancing technologies have been created and swallowed up by hungry forces that weren’t yet ready to ascend into this amorous world of abundance.

So En Lak Esh, I am another you, they are another us. If they aren’t ready, are we? Do we have the responsibility and moral integrity to live in non-obsessive harmony with natural world and to be in the possession of infinite energy???
If we realize that we have that potential, even for a second, and discover that no we are not yet spiritually evolved enough to be responsible for that kind of power, are we then prepared to have that power yet again stripped from us until we do have the spiritual maturity?

In the creation of the new paradigm, it seems clear (to me) that we are in the eleventh stage of the creation process, that is we are dealing with our ability to release, let go, dissolve our personal and communal attachment to the concept of free energy and the new paradigm. And each time that we show any reluctance to being detached from ‘living free’ in a world of abundance, those otherly, apparently dark forces of earthly balance are always present to strip us again and again of the realized creation.

The trick here, like any great magic feat, is that we must first realize that we already are living free, surrounded by love in a world of abundance!

Our unified new paradigm process is quite similar to each of our individual processes of realizing perfect self love in order to step out of the karmic cycle of co-dependent relationships. Only when we each realize that we are love, and that we are loved eternally exactly who we are, and how we are, and that the divine feminine (and masculine) embrace us in our process and are always with us to support, nourish and care for us in our own spiritual evolution that is happening exactly in perfect synchronicity as we follow the path of ease and grace, are we ready to embrace a truly synergistic, empowering, co-creative relationship with whatever reflective aspect of divinity we call in to our noosphere. (that sphere created by our collective world view and omni perspectival heart-mind.)

So how then do we get to that state of knowing absolutely without a doubt that we are living in that world of abundance. Luckily this transition is able to happen gradually with ease and grace as our egos must each undergo many thousands of deaths and rebirths, until the process becomes as graceful as taking conscious inhales and exhales, breathe in the lesson - breath out the transformation. As we have learned to step into the living yoga, so too must we adopt the art of living in transformation.

If so much of the material construction of the new paradigm is hinging on the return of an Abundance Investment, would it not be easier for these crucial life lessons to be mastered in these final stages of creation while the medium is still in the ethers? So as the time frame for the A-ray has drifted around the calendar, each of the players involved in this process of spiritual evolution has had an opportunity for self reflection and self referral. And when that process has not been achieved through internal reflection, meditation, detachment, Mark has been there to counsel people on how to handle the situation. In essence carrying the karmic energies of all of the people involved. (Remember that our collective Art of Union investment in the A-ray is mere boulder on a mountain of faith)

Through enduring the past half year of psychic bombardment from all the investors whose personal issues have come up, Mark has not only been able to help each of them through these stages of soul evolution, but he has been given a much deeper and truer perspective of the integrity of the people involved in the new paradigm creation. “Lots of people shine radiant spectrums of light, but their true colors come out when their limits are tested.”

I urge each of us to remember and be thankful that we are dealing with a true spiritual master, and that our mis- understanding of the process, is truly and opportunity for our own self-reflection and growth.

Then we must ask ourselves, how can we each further prepare ourselves and our community for the graceful transition into this new paradigm. Maybe the best advice is simply to “Start where you are” and listen to the voices of fear, anxiety or any feelings less than absolute love for the process of transformation itself. For each of us thiese voices will have different sources, some may be purely survival, first chakra issues, and for others the concerns may revolve more around desires and personal goals and ambitions. Again the steps to be taken are to simplify, start where we are, and come into unity.

Does that mean giving up personal space to embrace more of a family or community vibe? To offer a world perspective, the average house or even apartment in which two people reside in the States is larger than what a typical world family of 10 or more would live in. We have spent centuries learning how to expand our energies, with the bigger is better attitude, how about trying on, small for a while, learning to have the courage to do nothing, taking up as little space as necessary, learning to seem invisible (or maybe truly invisible).

This is the yoga of the new paradigm, learning to be love, to be a co-inspired creator of these gardens of Eden, and above and beyond all else to hold onto that focused heart-mind divine state of being, and trusting that we do not need to fill our days with distraction after distraction, but that wee do need to rediscover silence, the ability to foster and share with the world around us a state of complete peace and equanimity. And know that when spirit calls upon us to act, not react, we are present and energized. But like healing or channeled inspiration that comes from a source beyond our physical earthsuit, the energy to act on behalf of spirit for the benefit of all sentient beings is effortless action, because it is the collective will of the one, the all, the us, the rainbow family of living light beings, angelic guides, ascended masters and all crystalline heart forms of the universe that radiate the love of all creation.

Thus as we move beyond personal power to the omni-dimensional flux of free energy in the universe we see that we are infinite beings, and we already do live in the new paradigm of unconditional love and abundance.

As we investigate each of the addictive qualities of our human forms, we can empower ourselves step by step as we peel them off of our luminous light bodies layer by layer. Almost all of our physical suffering and source of our greatest fears stem from sensual addictions.
Are we addicted to stimuli, ‘living the fast pace’ ‘experiencing everything’ ‘living life to the fullest” Are we missing the greatest part of life that goes unnoticed as we go speeding by.
Are we addicted to food, or even to the taste of food? Are we consciously feeding our light bodies with each sacramental offering of refined sunlight that we offer to our most high temple of light? Are we holding onto denser forms of nutrition for the satisfying taste or full feeling it gives us when we eat it instead of being honest with the biofeed-back of nourishment that truly vitalizes us? Are we afraid that we might starve if we don’t get food for a day or two, or ten or twenty? Is the process of cleansing the temple now, through a relaxed process simply a graceful rehearsal for a possible moment in space-time when we, you, I, us as one being might need to or simply choose to refrain from eating physical, bio-chemical re-arranged sunlight in the dense form currently viewed as food?
Are we addicted to what? Technology? Herb? Music? Psycodellic experiences? Clean clothes every day? Wetting you toothbrush before brushing? Our addictions infiltrate every aspect of our lives, and go largely unnoticed until we begin to come into unity and offer compassionate reflections of one another with the intention of freeing ourselves from the enslavement of our addictions.

Look around you, is your home the size of a palace as described in any of the world mythos? Could you imagine living there with three (or four) times the number of people as are living there now? No? Why not, because you need your space, they need their space. How do we rearrange our DNA so that we do not take up so much space? We learn to come into silence -- no chattering monkeys, no expansive or invasive energies, no body odors (because we have cleansed and purified our temples and we continue to nourish ourselves with pesticide free organic live foods and more and more raw sunlight in its purest form, by sun gazing.)

Nothing to Hide – Another great challenge to living in divine unity is the fear of transparency. “I can’t live that close to people because they will find out things about me that nobody knows.” Are you addicted to your deep and darkest secrets? Are you so addicted that half of them have been buried deep beneath the layers of emotional repression and are completely out of you conscious heart-mind? Let’s just say it together, “Your darkest secrets aren’t so bad. Whatever you did, or was done to you was done before, not once or twice, but tens of thousands, or even millions of times by other incarnated aspects of the evolving human species.” Come on, if you did it, then chances are that he, she I we one did it too. Rather than protecting yourself from harm, ‘holding onto secret’ addiction, or living in denial is robbing you of free energy every moment of your existence. Each secret that you harbor in you subconscious is one of those energy sucking bugs in the Matrix. Even in your dream time are you being robbed of vital life force by these ‘secrets’ that you are choosing to hold onto.
Now is the time to let them go. One by one, the process is simple, voice it to yourself, become comfortable saying it and surrounding yourself with unshakable self love and the love of god/goddess god, accept complete forgiveness, and then when you feel ready, find a compassionate being or partner or member of you sangha to share your secret with. You will be amazed how quickly the fear will turn into giggles. And when you feel completely comfortable that one other human being loves you despite your darkest secret, and you are still fully in the alignment with self and divine love for self, then share the secret with a few members or your entire sangha (spiritual family). Ask for forgiveness and it will be given.

If you are not already surrounded by sangha, then stop everything, pull out gracefully and make the motions necessary to be surrounded by loving reflections who embrace your (and their) soul evolution as the main focus of life.
Soon your fears of being seen through will shift to tears of joy for being embraced. At some point you might feel so free with your secret that you can run up and down a busy street and share it with anyone independent of their response. About then you can be assured that you are free of the energy sucking secret addiction! And check it out to see if your dreams become more lucid and your waking life becomes more vital with each secret that you release into the ethers.

The list of sensual human addictions goes on and on, but luckily so does the universal school of life teachings of mind science that gives us the techniques to release our light bodies from the strangling effects of these addictions.

May we all be surrounded by the most high reflection of our immortal selves
May we all learn with ease and grace from each lesson as it is presented to us
May we all breath deep in a constant state of peace and equanimity
May we all be nurtured by the healing arms of our divine mother and protected from evil
May we all realize that everything we need is always here.
May we all be granted the gift of discovering our true nature and divine origin
May we all experience the reunification of our omni-galactic family
May we all witness a gentle transition of the shifting vibrations of the earth sphere
May we all be guided on our earthwalk by the solar powers of abundant manifestation

Note to Self: You are God

Note to self:

You are god. This may seem very egotistical, but actually it becomes clear that it’s just the opposite as you come to understand the next statement.

You are alone. This does not mean that you loose your family, friends and loved ones that gave you so much comfort throughout your life; it just means that they were never separate from you to begin with. They are within you.

Your mind creates the world around you.

When you die you do not dissolve back into the world around you but instead the world dissolves back into your mind.

When you come into this world you have departed from reality into a world of illusion. You have departed from the real and eternal into the unreal and temporary. This is a paradox because you never really left in the first place. There is no reason for this journey because by its very nature something that is untrue is also unreasonable and so it is that there can be no answer to the question why. It is simply natural that you are not perfect in this world and that you grow old and die. These are the characteristics of that which is not true.

Your higher self (God) is no more concerned about this process than you are concerned about falling asleep at night or expelling a breath. In fact, this process is the breath of life itself and eternal awakening.

This is just my attempt to lay out some thoughts. I have posted this in several other places like casting out a net to see what kinds of different perspectives I could get from people of different interests. It is just a starting point. My goal was to take my thoughts about a very broad and complex topic and try to distill them down to as few words as possible. The intention is that as the reader reads it they are speaking the words to themselves and considering the correctness or incorrectness of each statement. I thought it would be interesting to try to write something in such a way that as I am speaking to another I am also speaking to myself. It’s like standing between two mirrors and seeing reflections of yourself facing away from you stretching off into infinity and leaning forward to whisper a message into your own ear.

My thought is that God is alone. If you think of God as simply that creative force that creates things, and if you think of the space in which these things are created as a mind, then what would you call these things that have been created? I think that you would call them imaginary. This is why I say that God is alone and that all of creation is just imaginary.

The Breakthrough Celebration Is A Process, Not An Event

For some twenty years or so spiritually oriented people in the world have become more or less accustomed to calls for global meditations for various reasons. Some of the most powerful global meditations have been based on the Mayan calendar in its traditional form, such as the Harmonic Convergence, August 16-17, 1987 (1 Imix and 2 Ik) and the Oneness Celebration June 6-8, 2004 (4 Ahau, 5 Imix and 6 Ik). People then have had deep experiences of contact with a higher reality and we, as a collective, are part of a divinely guided process that is especially strongly experienced at such events.

Yet, despite the power of such experiences, they have been awakened by singular events quite in contrast to the aspect of divine creation that we are in the midst of, the Galactic Underworld—an Underworld is a specific level of evolution of consciousness—which is a process. The Galactic Underworld is in reality an exactly charted wave movement of alternating energies that chart the overall collective development of humanity at the present time. Hence, it would seem that if we are to be a part of this process, and want to help see this divine process of creation arrive at its intended fulfillment, we should actually participate in a collective process rather than just singular, isolated events.

We have now come to a point in the Galactic Underworld where interest in the cosmic plan has become so great that we may jointly start to develop processes to successfully make the transition to the FIFTH DAY of the Galactic Underworld. The FIFTH DAY is the pulse of LIGHT, starting November 24, 2006, that carries the breakthrough energy of this Underworld, a type of cosmic energy that at earlier points led to the breakthrough of Christianity and the Modern World, respectively. Whatever the content of it, we also have every reason to believe that Mel Gibson¹s upcoming movie, “Apocalypto”, will serve to create a breakthrough into mainstream interest in the Mayan calendar carried by this new LIGHT. Given the nature of this breakthrough as a wider collective process, it then seem natural that we look at the dates for the Breakthrough Celebration (Ahau dates, Oneness in Light days) not as isolated events, but as markers, or steps, in a common process.

For the first time in its history a small minority of humanity has now come to realize that we are living in a divine process of creation and that this process is exactly charted by the Mayan calendar. Bringing this realization into mainstream thought is part of the purpose of the Breakthrough Celebration. Such a change is no minor change in humanity’s view of its own place in the universe, and given the inspiration we may find in this, we may soon reach a critical mass where it becomes meaningful to actively participate in this divine process as co-creators. The Breakthrough Celebration is designed for this purpose, and because it is a process rather than a singular event, very likely it will oblige us to work in a totally different way—the way of transforming ourselves consciously and willfully into beings of co-creation rather than, as sometimes has been the case with the singular events, people experiencing temporary spiritual highs. It is a matter of becoming what the human race is intended to become, of realizing that there is no one else to wait for. We are the ones that we have been waiting for— the conscious co-creators.

What we know about the Galactic Underworld, in a larger perspective, is that its DAYS tend to favor the Eastern/right hemispheres of the cosmic mind with consequences for all aspects of human life and strongly influencing such things as East-West-relations, gender relations and the relationship between body and soul. New syntheses and expressions of both inner and outer unity are being expressed in all of these fields, and the question is then if we will be able to drive these transformations consciously, as co-creators with the divine plan, as this is aligned with the Mayan calendar in general, and with the Galactic Underworld in particular. Again, when this happens it will be the first time ever in the history of humanity, the birth of a new kind of human being, “Homo cocreativus”. In my view, I feel we should now embark on such a transformation not only because it may be part of our destiny, but also because, at least in my own view, the Fifth DAY—beginning in November of 2006—increases the probability of a global currency crisis, led by the downfall of the US dollar. The end to Western dominance is now evident all over the world, not only in the economic strengthening of China, India and Russia, but also in the political changes in Latin America and the Middle East. Whether it will be the Iranian Oil Bourse or something else that triggers the downfall of the US dollar, it seems likely that this shift away from Western dominance will be permanented through its downfall around the time that the FIFTH DAY begins. Whatever this change implies, it should create an opening for us to take charge of our destinies and actively co-create the world in the direction where the Galactic Underworld is meant to take us—to a balancing of our relations and an end to dominance.

Personally, I do not think there is such a thing as a panacea for what to do at our present time. Dikshas can lead to enlightenment, but the transformation of the real world into a world of Oneness will require a continuous transformation and co-creation of our world in such a way that the new reality, the world of Oneness, manifests. Hence, while the Breakthrough Celebration includes a recommendation of a series of Diksha days for spiritual inspiration and experience of the Divine Presence, these days are more to be seen as markers for us to relate to as we participate in the transformation of the world we live in. These markers in turn will serve as guidance in the process.

Needless to say, the transformation of the human being into a Being who is a co-creator in the divine plan presents a formidable challenge. In the time of the singular events we would go back to lives more or less lived according to the old paradigms that still dominate society at large. But what would it be like not to go back to that, or if there is no such society in the traditional sense to go back to? For those hoping for life to become easier as we go along, I feel there is not much good news. The challenges are likely to become even greater, and if there is any insurance for the future it is to have a focus on Oneness. At least with such a focus we know that we serve the higher purpose of the whole. The FIFTH DAY will mean a breakthrough into the new reality and this also means a breakdown of the old. Our choice will be whether to deplore the loss of the old or to affirm the New. The future obviously belongs to those that affirm the New.

How then are we to develop the Breakthrough Celebration from a series of singular events to a common process? This, I believe, is what we will have to co-create together, and the starting point must be a commitment to have it be a process. What this means then is to see the time in between the Ahau Diksha, prayer and meditation days as parts of the process. Actually, the process is there whether we are aware of it or not. The process is called the divine process of creation, and its purpose is to fully manifest our own divinity.

Yet, what can we do concretely to develop an experience of the Breakthrough Celebration as a process? I feel we should look at the principle of “paying it forward”, of passing on the baton to the next, and in this way disseminating the new balancing phenomena emerging with the Galactic Underworld, whether it is about strengthening the feminine, developing holistic health or co-creating an end to dominance in the world. Possible ways of doing this are to pass on fires from fire ceremonies from one place to another like an Olympic fire that does not die (or at least blessed matches), passing on Dikshas, or passing on the process in a dynamic way in transforming the world.

Of course, this may all sound like science fiction to the many that think that human beings will never change. But if there is one thing we may learn from the Mayan calendar, it is that it is the energies of the cosmic plan that make human beings become what they are, and that these energies change as the Underworlds change. We have now completed the FOURTH DAY of the Galactic Underworld, which means that step-by-step human beings of this planet have been transformed on an inner level by four DAYS, four pulses of LIGHT in the Galactic Underworld. Certainly many have been transformed, although, in the general societal context of their lives, this transformation has not yet had a chance to blossom. What the FIFTH DAY does is allow for a breakthrough of the accumulated transformation of the previous four DAYS so that it also becomes visibly evident in the external world and allowed to blossom. This is what we are in for, and the Breakthrough Celebration for the transition into the FIFTH DAY presents not only a challenge, but also an opportunity for the new energies to visibly manifest in an altered way of life.

I had an idea on the subway last night. New Years Eve has the enormous potential to be a sychronzizing agent for collective prayer. Please spread the word: New Years Eve 12 am 5 mins before and 5 mins after, please keep a prayer in your mind. At that time, maybe we can all pray for a general common dream like For the Earth to Keep Moving Towards Balance. This can be personalized in any way. I will probably be praying for better stewardship of the environment, and the like. When the clock hits 12, maybe we can all try to connect to each other, realize that we really are all connected, and through this connection change is inevitable. Visualization is key!

II. The Costa Rican rainbow Corridor – revisited

The idea of the rainbow corridor has undoubtedly been floating through
the akashic records for millennia, but it started germinating in the
collective heartmind of the Costa Rican rainbow family during or after
the 2002 international rainbow gathering in the cloud forest near
Monte Verde. The vision of the rainbow corridor is to utilize
modern-indigenous, permaculture principles to create sustainable
corridors of land that preserve wildlife AND promote regenerative
culture.

A true "demonstration nation" Costa Rica has offered the world an
example of natural conservation by creating protected parks and animal
corridors in over 10 percent of the country. Within the designation
of these protected lands is a growing effort to establish wildlife
corridors to allow unrestricted migration of various animals, such as
the "path of the tapir," which aims to create an interconnected path
along the southern pacific zone of Costa Rica for this gentle
terrestrial mammal. While the creation of protected wilderness areas
is admirable, caution must be advised to preserve harmonious, rural
Costa Rican ( Tico) lifestyles as well. A newly proposed wildlife
preserve in the sevegre valley threatens to displace thousands of
ticos who have been peacefully and harmoniously living there for
several generations.

Rather than creating a pure wilderness experience to introduce
survival skills, the vision of the rainbow corridor is to demonstrate
and practice true symbiotic human/earth "thrival" skills. Through
skillful propagation of hardy indigenous edible plants, the creation
of food forests, the designation of purely wild lands, the utilization
of low impact and free energy sources, and the design of a full
spectrum of conscious living environments, the rainbow corridor will
offer opportunities for local farmers and modern evolutionaries to
relearn to come into unity as a people and maintain harmony with the
bioregional animal, plant and mineral kingdoms.

Creating regenerative culture is inclusive rather than exclusive.
Rather than displacing local culture, the Rainbow Corridor aims to
embrace it. The Art of Union has recently formed a strong alliance
with the Costa Rican Conservation Trust which has been developing a
land conservation trust structure that encourages local inhabitants to
keep possession over their land that is integrated into conservation
trusts. With the money that would have been used to purchase the
lands, the CRCT has been helping the local residents develop and
operate sustainable, eco-friendly businesses that encourage more
cooperation and involvement with us newcomers. Please check out their

unique conservation strategy.

Although the Costa Rican rainbow corridor will eventually form an
interconnected web throughout the entire country, the natural first
bridge across the country has collectively been visualized between
Punta Mona on the Caribbean Coast and the Art of Union HOME on the
Pacific coast. The Guardians of Eden pilgrimage and plant medicine
symposium will traverse and establish the western arc of the rainbow
corridor from the north west ridge of Mount Chirripo through the
threatened Sevegre River valley to Diamante Verde in the Tinnamaste
mountains.

With Costa Rican presidential elections approaching, and
political/corporate "free trade" agendas threatening to displace many
of the peaceful residents of this sacred region, the time is now to
align with the locals, harness our collective powers of manifestation
and create a unified Rainbow Corridor that demonstrates Costa Rica's
abundant natural resources are best managed by the people for the
people. So with the grace of the nature spirits, we put forth the
call to all rainbow warriors and angels who feel heart-mind divine
resonance with and are prepared to serve the creation of the Costa
Rican rainbow Corridor.

If you feel called to participate in the rainbow corridor project and
would like to join us for the Guardians of Eden pilgrimage and retreat
from December 9-20, 2005, we still have five spaces available. Within
this call to family, we put forth that we have increased the number of
half-price work trade positions and are open to price negotiations.
Also a note that airline prices have actually dropped in the past
weeks and there seems to be no restrictions on advance purchase of
tickets (i.e. you can buy a ticket for tomorrow at the same price as
two weeks from now). Also there has been word of stand by tickets from
San Francisco for around $250. So if you feel the call to join us on
this magical journey – trust that you will be able to flow with ease
and grace.

III. Heaven on Mother Earth – Our HOME collective community in Costa Rica.

As we co-create a new model of symbiotic thriving community within our
HOME in Costa Rica and along the rainbow corridor, it is crucial that
we encourage public interaction to foster sharing all aspects of
regenerative culture with interested people from all walks of life and
to prevent gaining the reputation as a secretive cult. One aspect of
reaching out that has gained collective resonance within our tribe is
the creation of urban oasis's with a restaurant and hostel where we
can offer culinary arts, crafts, wisdom teachings, cottage industry
products, healing arts and allow people to feel the energy of the HOME
community.

Stephen Brooks of Punta Mona initiated the movement into the urban
centers two years ago with Casa Mona, a hostel in San Pedro. This
elegant space in the city has acted as a nucleus for travelers and
Ticos seeking to broaden their horizons in sustainable community.

This year the Art of Union HOME community has acquired two new urban residences with the intention of creating urban oasis's in San Isidro
del General and in downtown San Jose!

A Lovairian Oasis in San Jose

In the heart of Costa Rica's capital city San Jose, the Art of Union
HOME collective has purchased a five bedroom house with a two car
garage within walking distance of the plaza central and university
district. Our intentions are to renovate the house into a lovairian
oasis with comfy sleeping space, speedy internet connection and a
kitchen offering vital foods. The lovairian oasis will offer Art of
Union retreat participants and HOME community members a safe nurturing
place to land when they first arrive in Costa Rica and will serve as a
gateway to interact with the progressive holistic community in San
Jose.

With the grace of the city devas and arch angels above, we put forth
the call to family who feels inspired to serve our collective creation
of Heaven on Mother Earth though a commitment to create and nurture a
magical urban portal in San Jose!

A School of Life in San Isidro del General

Also within the last few weeks, the Art of Union HOME collective has
rented a house surrounded by three expansive studio complexes on the
outskirts of San Isidro del General. This urban campus holds infinite
potential for grounding out the collective vision of creating a school
of life for all aspects of regenerative culture.

In the immediate, parts of the San Isidro school of life campus are
being renovated to offer spiritual-based, drug rehabilitation to help
many of the disillusioned and wayward souls of San Isidro regain their
center and follow a righteous path of positive creation.

A vital part of rehabilitation, however is self-empowerment through
re-education of the creative and healing arts. With this in mind, we
envision creating artisan workshops, courses in natural healing,
prayerformance arts, and other aspects of the school of life that our
family is prepared to share. We also maintain the vision of
recruiting several master wood carvers from bali to help spread high
level craftsmanship.

The san Isidro school of life campus will also be an ideal initial
location for a lovairian vital foods restaurant and chef training
center.

Located in the wide valley at the base of Mount Chirripo, San Isidro
del General offers a less hectic urban environment than San Jose,
surrounded by pristine mountains and is less than an hour's drive or
five hour hike from Diamante Verde Sanctuary and our HOME farmlands.
Participation in the San Isidro School of Life is ideal for Art of
Union HOME collective beings who prefer to live in an urban
environment yet remain close to the happenings on the farm and retreat
center.

With the grace of the guardian spirits of Mount Chirripo, we put forth
the call to family who feels inspired to become a part of the Art of
Union HOME collective community through serving the creation of the
San Isidro School of Life.

HOME Collective Community Farm – Finca Baru

A little over six months ago, the 50 acre parcel of HOME land
bordering the magnificent Nayacca waterfall was an over-grown thicket
with a narrow pathway winding its way to the falls below. Soon after
the first annual AUM evolutionary equinox retreat, our dear brother
Benjamin Pahl decided to commit his love, energy and permaculture
skills to recreate a parcel of heaven on earth. With a team of
enthusiastic locals and Joyus Peter, who arrived in July 2005, Benji
almost magically transformed the land into a virtual paradise of
fruit trees and ornamental plants. As the jungle brush was cleared a
most ideal landscape was revealed that offers an abundance of ideal
building sites and temple spaces.

For that purpose, the HOME collective community purchased an abundance
of industrial strength billboard fabric with the intention of erecting
a rainbow village of cleverly designed icosahedrons and simple temple
spaces. With the grace of the river deities, we put forth the call
for experienced and enthusiastic carpenters, builders, farmers and
creatresses of sacred space to come be a part of this evolving farm.

here are some most decadantly, enchantedly alive recipies:
KALE ALFREDO
-2-4leaves of swiss chard
-one bunch of kale
-2-3 cups of dried cut wakame seaweed
-one red pepper
-2-3 cups of walnuts
-2 lemons
-1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1/2 a cup ofsupper virgin olive oil
-italin spices
-little bit of nutritional yeast (optional)
-heaping table spoon of miso(optional)

preperation-
de-stalk the chard and kale with the dreid wakame and mix in olive oil, lemon juice, seasalt, miso ,spices. mix them together vigorously with your clean hands, and even squish them!
this is helping the kale and chard break down and become "cooked" as they say , by marinating them with the salt , oil and lemon and a bit of mash factor. let sit for 15-20 mins
then in a blender , blend the walnuts coursly.
mix with the rest of the ingredients and serve.

YAM FAN
-2 large yams
-1/2 a cup of golden flax seeds
-1/2 a cup of seasame seeds
-1 small clove of garlic
-cocnut oil
-olive oil
-sea salt
-a bit of favortie spice
with the champion juicer, or some other juicer that is fit for food procesing turn the yams into mush, with the garlic clove and cocnut oil.
blend the seeds together until fine
mix it all up, let sit for 10-15 and serve
optional- add some blended soaked sundried tomatos for an italian feel.
CRUCIAL CRISP CAKES
-1 lb of flax seeds
-2-4 cups of soaked buckwheats
-soaked sun seeds
-1-2 tomatoes
-1/2 an onion
-2-4 garlic cloves
-1-2 zucks
-red pepper
-mexi or italin spices whatever your feel is your thang(optional)
-sea salt
blend all the veggies up with the spices until verry liquidy
mix the seeds up in a large bowl and pour on the veggies and mix efectivly. if needed mix in water unitl becomes slimy goopy consistancy. let sit for 30-60 mins.
place mixture in dehydrator, in little round cakes 3/4 -1/2 inch thick.
place dehydrator at 105F, and let sit overnight-unitl totaly dry and crispy.
CONTACT YAM / PIZZA NIGHT
take crucial crispy cakes
kale alfredo
yam fan (with optional sundried tomato past mixed in )
paste yam fan on top of the cakes, top with kale alfredo, sprinkle with nutritional yeast and serve-
supper yum bomb!!

Raw parenting in costa rica

verry happy and blessed are we at the art of union HOME
to have Lora and Clinton with their in utero baybe , a part of the artofunion family. they are expecting soon and have grown this baybe on 100% raw vegan foods! This is a gift to their child and to humanity, as each generation after the next we will purify ourselves completely and come closer into the light of creation as we forget all disharmonic frequencies and parterns and programing and habbits.
By this fall there will also be another couple joining them, Jonny Joy Mackie And his 5 month pregnant partner Mamacita Teresa, to raise there baybe on the land and participate with the art of union project HOME.

With blessings from the ma of all things, the art of union collective has manifested it's canadian node; The Vallhala Ashram. Located 3 miles outside of beautiful Nelson, BC, nestled right on the lake, an amazing 7 bedroom house with sauna and hot tub,and ample studio space for workshops, yoga calsses, raw dinner parties and other such events. The intention is to manitain the ashram vibe by hosting/teaching various yoga/meditation/higher limbs classes on a daily basis along with maintaining a raw living foods kitchen that will be giving classes and workshops. We will have ample room for people comming from other places who wish to attend courses or who wish to simply take part in the ashram day to day.
Our first event will be held this sunday Nov 14, we will be serving up the supper yum decadent living foods gourmet dinner, followed by a screening of 3 hour extended version of "The Corporation" by Mark Ackbar.
in the folowing week we should have come up with our weekly schedual of events, and workshops.
We also open the space to the community of light workers out there who would like to give workshops in this most perfect abode.
The spirit has manifested this Ashram for all, All are welcome.
